13. Changes to Terms

  • Material changes will be communicated via website notice or email.
  • Continued use after notice means you accept the new Terms; if you disagree, you must stop using the Services.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
  • Disputes should first be addressed via good-faith negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes go to the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
  • Either party may still seek injunctive relief in a competent court.

15. Environment Usage & Resource Limits

  • Each environment has resource limits (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) per your plan.
  • Exceeding limits may lead to throttling, pausing, or termination of environments.
  • All plans are subject to fair use; persistent excessive usage impacting others may cause restrictions.
  • Environments are for software development, not for:
  • Crypto mining
  • Hosting production services
  • Running unrelated bots or non-dev workloads

16. API Access & Automation

  • API usage is rate-limited per documentation.
  • You must secure API keys/tokens; actions via your keys are your responsibility.
  • Automation via tools like n8n, Jira, or Linear through the API is allowed and subject to the same Terms as direct use.

17. Updates & Maintenance

  • CloudCLI may update the Services (features, fixes, security patches), which may temporarily interrupt access.
  • Scheduled maintenance will have advance notice when possible.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur anytime without notice to protect security and integrity.

18. Customer Support

  • Support is provided via channels such as email, chat, or forums, depending on your plan.

  • They are provided “as is” with no guarantees.
  • Feedback on beta features is covered by the feedback license in Section 6.3.

20. Assignment

  • CloudCLI may assign or transfer the Terms freely.
  • You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without CloudCLI’s prior written consent; attempts to do so are void.

21. Severability

  • If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed as needed, and the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

22. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms plus the incorporated Policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy) form the entire agreement between you and CloudCLI and supersede prior agreements.

23. Waiver

  • CloudCLI’s failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

24. Force Majeure

  • CloudCLI is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, acts of authorities).

25. Notices

  • Email, or
