- Agent: Any AI coding agent run through the Services (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor CLI, Codex, Gemini CLI).
3. Services
- CloudCLI provides cloud dev environments optimized for AI coding agents, including:
- Environment provisioning and management
- Persistent sessions for AI agents
- Cross-device access
- File explorer, git, terminal
- MCP server configuration
- Multi-agent support
- API access and team collaboration
- Plans & Pricing: Defined on cloudcli.ai/pricing and may change at any time.
- Free Trial: May be offered; after the trial, accounts can auto-convert to paid unless cancelled.
- Open Source: An open source version under GPL-3 is available at github.com/siteboon/claudecodeui and is governed by GPL-3, not these Terms.
4. User Accounts
- You must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You must be 18+.
- You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account secure.
- All activity under your account, including actions by AI agents.
- No credential sharing, except where explicitly allowed (e.g., team plans).
- If acting for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that entity.
5. User Content & Conduct
- You retain ownership of your Content.
- You warrant you have rights/permissions to host it on CloudCLI.
- You grant CloudCLI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and store your Content only to provide and maintain the Services (hosting, backups, cross-device access). This ends when you delete Content or your account, subject to backup retention.
- You must not use the Services to:
- Host unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Infringe IP rights.
- Attack or disrupt systems or networks.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated resource-heavy workloads.
- Distribute malware/viruses.
- Access other users’ environments or CloudCLI infrastructure without authorization.
- Resell or redistribute access without permission.
- Build a competing product or service.
- You are solely responsible for your Content and for AI agents’ actions.
- CloudCLI may monitor and may suspend/terminate environments for violations, including without notice for severe cases.
6. Intellectual Property
- CloudCLI owns all rights to the Services (name, logo, design, proprietary software, etc.), excluding GPL-3 open source components.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer proprietary parts, except as allowed by GPL-3 for open source components.
- Feedback you provide can be used by CloudCLI freely under a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license.
7. AI Agents & Third-Party Services
- You must comply with each AI provider’s terms when using their agents.
- CloudCLI does not control AI agent behavior and is not responsible for their outputs.
- You provide and manage your own API keys/credentials for third-party AI services.
- Third-party integrations (e.g., GitHub, Linear, Jira, n8n) are governed by their own terms and policies.
- You are responsible for MCP server configuration and security; CloudCLI is not responsible for third-party MCP servers.
8. Data Privacy & Security
- Personal data handling is governed by CloudCLI’s Privacy Policy.
- By using the Services, you consent to data collection and use as described there.
- CloudCLI uses reasonable security measures (e.g., container isolation) but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You must secure your credentials, API keys, and sensitive data.
- You can export data subject to technical limits.
- After account termination, data may be retained up to 30 days before deletion/anonymization, except where law requires longer retention.
9. Payments
- Prices are on the pricing page; you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Fees exclude taxes; you’re responsible for taxes and similar charges.
- Billing is in advance (monthly or annually).
- CloudCLI may charge your payment method for all due amounts.
- Refunds:
- 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
- After that, refunds are discretionary.
- No refunds for partial periods or unused time after cancellation.
- Non-payment may lead to suspension/termination and environment pause/deletion; you’re responsible for collection costs.
10. Termination
- You can terminate anytime via settings or support; you remain liable for amounts due up to termination.
- CloudCLI may suspend or terminate your account for violations or at its discretion, and may discontinue Services in whole or part, with or without notice.
- On termination:
- Your right to use the Services ends immediately.
- Environments are shut down.
- Content may be deleted after ~30 days.
- Certain provisions survive (ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits).
11. Disclaimers & Liability Limits
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, CloudCLI is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Lost profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the incident.
- AI agent outputs are not guaranteed; you must review, test, and validate all AI-generated code/content. CloudCLI is not liable for damages from AI-generated or AI-modified code.
12. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudCLI/Siteboon and their personnel from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your Content.
- AI agents’ actions in your environments.
- Your breach of the Terms, others’ rights, or applicable law.
- CloudCLI may assume exclusive defense of any matter you indemnify and you must cooperate.
13. Changes to Terms
- CloudCLI may modify the Terms at any time.
- Material changes will be communicated via website notice or email.
- Continued use after notice means you accept the new Terms; if you disagree, you must stop using the Services.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
- Governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
- Disputes should first be addressed via good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes go to the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
- Either party may still seek injunctive relief in a competent court.
15. Environment Usage & Resource Limits
- Each environment has resource limits (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) per your plan.
- Exceeding limits may lead to throttling, pausing, or termination of environments.
- All plans are subject to fair use; persistent excessive usage impacting others may cause restrictions.
- Environments are for software development, not for:
- Crypto mining
- Hosting production services

- API usage is rate-limited per documentation.
- You must secure API keys/tokens; actions via your keys are your responsibility.
- Automation via tools like n8n, Jira, or Linear through the API is allowed and subject to the same Terms as direct use.
17. Updates & Maintenance
- CloudCLI may update the Services (features, fixes, security patches), which may temporarily interrupt access.
- Scheduled maintenance will have advance notice when possible.
